The display (designated the “P4″) was a 720 x 280 pixel monochrome (red) monitor in a 3.5″ x 1.5″ x 1.25” package.

Actual screen size was 1.25″ on the diagonal, but the image appeared to be a 15 inch display viewed at 18 inches distance.
